Booking
- Please note that we require the agreed deposit amount to be paid in order to complete the booking. If the deposit is not received by the agreed date we reserve the right to release the booking and advertise the dates in question as available.
- Payment may be made by bank transfer or cheque.
- The rate quoted includes Value Added Tax at 9%.
- The rate for the rental does include the cost of Electricity and Oil consumed during your stay.
- Minimum stay is 7 nights – however, short stay breaks may be available at our discretion. Please contact us for information.
Booking Deposit
A 20 % deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance of the rate is due by 60 days prior to arrival. If you are booking within 60 days prior to arrival payment of the full rate is required.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 3 months prior to arrival, all payments will be refunded. Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to arrival, deposit non-refundable. Cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival, full payment is non-refundable.
In the event that we can re-sell cancelled dates, we will refund all payments less the costs of re selling or discounting the rate.
A security deposit will be required on arrival of €500 can be paid in cash or by credit card. This is standard procedure in case of breakages or damage. The full amount will be returned to you upon departure.

Arrival / Departure
You are welcome to arrive any time after 5pm and departure is by 10am. We would ask that you phone on the day or day before arrival to let us know your approximate time of arrival.
Use of Phone
During your stay at Benbaun House, we will provide you with a mobile (cellular) phone, which operates on a pay-as-you-go basis. Upon request, the phone number of your mobile phone can be sent to you prior to arrival. The device, along with all accessories provided, must be returned or left on the property prior to departure.
